Delivery

Delivery is free for orders over £150 ex vat.

Most deliveries are next day (90%). Certain items will take 2 days.

We try and ship orders received by 17.00 on a next day service , but for some products- such as Topaz signature pads the cut off for next day shipping is 13.00.

 If there any delays- such as an item out of stock- we will advise you immediately.

 We do not guarantee next day delivery. Experience shows that events can intervene- Delivery van breakdown etc.

95% of orders will have Tracking added to the online order. There are a few Items where tracking is not available until the day after the order.
