We offer free hardware support for Hardware purchased from us, 7 days a week. If we cannot sort it, we will get Manufacturer support. If all fails we will organise the Return Number to enable you to send it back to the manufacturer.
Of course if DOA (dead on Arrival) we will sort the replacement next day..
